St. Francis

On Friday, Randy and I visited a restaurant we have been wanting to try in Phoenix. We actually went twice during the weekend. St. Francis is located on E. Camelback Road. The restaurant has great atmosphere with a chamber oven as the central feature. Also, outside on the patio, they have a great fireplace and bar! I took a photo of the ladies restroom and the handle of the safe which serves as the toilet paper holder.

1st Game of the 2010 Season-GO CARDINALS!

Wednesday evening April 14th was the St. Louis Cardinals first evening game. They played the Houston Astros and won the game 2-1. Brad Penny pitched for the Cards. Beth, Alice, Leslie, and I attended on a gorgeous Spring evening. No nachos at this one!

Smeeks-Caramel PALOOZA

Smeeks is one of my favorite shopes to visit in Phoenix. Randy and I have been twice. The first visit we took Stephanie and her friend Campbell. Most recently, we took Sam and Elin for the Caramel Palooza: caramel tasting. We likely sampled 15 different variations of caramels.
